Frid says Russia not to launch hostilities against Georgia

TBILISI, July 24 (Itar-Tass) - Daniel Frid, the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, doesn't think that military hostilities can begin in the areas of Abkhazian and South Ossetian conflicts.
