South Korea's commandos master infiltration of enemy territory.

12/8 Tass

SEOUL, August 12 (Itar-Tass) -South Korean Army commando forces have
been conducting a regular nine-day exercise to master their capability to
infiltrate enemy waters and destroy targets, the Yonhap news agency said
on Thursday with reference to military officials.
Around 2,500 servicemen are engaged in the exercise. They are backed
by dozens of helicopters.
"We are practicing this drill to resolutely cope with any types of
provocations by enemy," Lt. Col. Koh Byeong-ho of the Army's ninth special
force brigade said.
The drills are held in waters off Taean, 150 kilometers south of Seoul.
The exercise is not a part of drills planned by South Korea as a show
of force in response to the sinking of the Cheonan warship on March 26.
Seoul and Washington blame North Korea for the attack that killed 46
sailors, but Pyongyang denied its involvement describing all this as
provocation.
