Bishkek, September 01, 2010 (Khabar) - Kyrgyzstan celebrates Independence Day and HPP opening. Kyrgyzstan has celebrated its Independence Day. In 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union the republic gained independence and was officially called the Kyrgyz Republic.
