Indonesia renews support for Yemen's unity and stability

JAKARTA, Sep. 21 (Saba) -
Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono affirmed on Tuesday his country's
support
for Yemen's unity, stability and development as well as for Yemen's counterterror
efforts. Terrorism has no religion and has no country, hence there should be more
cooperation
to root out this dangerous global phenomenon, he said. At his meeting with new
Yemeni extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Indonesia Ali al Sosowa, the
president
highlighted problems facing Yemen and his country including the fight against
terrorism, combating poverty, creating jobs and improving democracy, public
administration and
the level of healthcare and education services. Moreover, he stressed the importance
that the two countries learn from each other's expertise as he wished the new envoy
all
the success. FR
