Yemen interrogates 8 al-Qaeda suspects
HADRAMOUT, Sep. 21 (Saba)- The criminal
prosecution in Hadramout has started interrogating eight al-Qaeda suspects out of 10
on charges
of belonging to a terrorist cell.
The suspects also were accused of joining an armed militant group with a view to
carrying out terrorist attacks against security facilities, resulting in the
killing of
two judicial officials.
The security services apprehended the cell in July in Fuwah area, west of Mukalla
city, Hadramout.
