STATE HEAD ARRIVES IN FINLAND
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Accompanied by several officials, the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj arrived October 5 in the Republic of Finland to pay an official visit. This is the very first visit of State Head of Mongolia to this country.
In frames of the visit, Ts.Elbegdorj will hold a meeting with Mrs. Tarja Halonen, Finland's President, will receive Sauli Niinisto, the parliament Speaker, Mari Kiviniemi, the Prime minister; Alexander Stubb, the Foreign Minister; Sirkka-Liisa Anttila, the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry; and Pekka Hallberg, the president of the Supreme Administrative Court.
The President also plans to participate in the Mongolia-Finland business meeting and to get au fait with activities of the biggest agricultural and technological organizations.
Accompanying the President officials are S.Byambatsogt MP, the Minister of Finance; T.Badamjunai, the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry; Ch.Kulanda, the Vice Minister of Education, Culture and Science; E.Monkh-Ochir MP; P.Tsagaan, a senior advisor to the President; L.Purevsuren and L.Erkhembayar, advisors to the President; B.Enkhmandakh, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Finland and Denmark; and others and media.
