TURKISH FOREIGN TRADE MINISTER COMPLAINS OF HIGHLY VALUED TURKISH LIRA

ANKARA (A.A) - 15.10.2010 - Turkish foreign trade minister has expressed uneasiness over Turkish lira's strength against the U.S. dollar, likening the exchange rate to "truck coming down the hill with broken brakes."
