POSCO unit to join Vietnamese power plant project

SEOUL, Feb. 23 (Yonhap) -- POSCO Power Co., the utility unit of South Korea's
steel giant POSCO, said Wednesday that it signed a deal with AES Corp. of the
U.S. to join a Vietnamese power plant project.
