S. Korea sells 7.43 tln won in state bonds in Feb.
SEOUL, March 4 (Yonhap) -- South Korea said Friday that it sold state bonds worth 7.43 trillion won (US$6.66 billion) in February.
According to the finance ministry, the government issued slightly over 1.74 trillion won in three-year Treasuries, 2.45 trillion won in five-year debts and 1.87 trillion won worth of 10-year government bonds last month.
It also issued 1.13 trillion won worth of debts that mature in 20 years, and 215 billion won worth of inflation-linked Treasury bonds.
The total is more than the 6.06 trillion won the government said it planned to sell in the one-month period, the ministry added.
