MATHEMATICIANS GATHER

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A scientific conference of mathematicians has run having attracted mathematicians and teachers of the Association of Mongolian Mathematicians (AMM), School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences at Mongolia's State University (MSU) and others.
The gathered have decided to hold such a conference every year in order to expand a collaboration between universities and institutes that major in the maths, and to support young scientists.
Several scientists have presented results of their research works.
This year, the 20th anniversary has been marked of founding applied mathematics in Mongolia.
