Khammouan-Ha Tinh further co-operation on social-economic
VIENTIANE,APRIL 5 .(KPL) - A bilateral meeting to further strengthening the co-operation on cultural, social-economic between the central province of Khammouan and Ha Tinh province of Vietnam was held on 1 April.
The meeting was jointly chaired by Mr. Khambai Damlath, member of the Party Central Committee and governor of Khammouane province and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Chairman of provincial People’s Council of Ha Tinh province of Vietnam.
At the meeting, the sides have reached a number of co-operations in the next few years including the co-operation in the field of defence and security, social order along the joint border areas, trade and education exchanges, public health, sciences and technology.
On this occasion, the Ha Tinh side also offered 700 million dong to Khammouane province to construct Nabo primary school.
