Senate Speaker and Prime Minister discuss Parliamentary session

Astana, 29 August, (Khabar) - Kazakh Senate Speaker Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev
and Prime Minister Karim Massimov discussed the top-priority tasks of
lawmaking in light of the requests made by President Nursultan Nazarbayev in
his address to the people of Kazakhstan. The cabinet head handed the senate
speaker a draft budget, the tax and three-year budget codes and informed him
of the main new draft laws. Massimov emphasized that all the social
instructions given by the president have been taken into account and thanked
the senators for their active cooperation in the formation and improvement
of the country's legislative framework.
