QU, ENS De paris School Joint Educational

Doha, April 11 (QNA) - Dr. Sheikha bint Jabor Al Thani, Vice President of Qatar University for Academic Affairs met today with a French including ten students from the ENS De paris School who are now attending a two - week Arabic Language intensive course at the Arabic Program for Non-native Speakers.
The meeting was attended by the French Ambassador to Qatar GILLES Bonnaud.
During the meeting, Dr. Sheikha stressed Qatar's interest in expanding the French-Qatari partnership in all fields, especially in education fields, noting the desire of the University of Qatar to take advantage of the French educational experience.
She also underlined the importance of this visit in supporting the scientific cooperation between Qatar University , and the ENS De paris School, as one of the prestigious schools in France.
For his part, the French Ambassador praised the quick response by the officials at Qatar University with the French desire to expand scientific cooperation and activation of the scientific agreement between the two countries in addition to the atmosphere provided by the university for the French students in terms of housing, transportation and matters relating to their stay in Qatar.
The ambassador also pointed to the strategic relations between Qatar and France in political, economic, and military areas, stressing the importance of benefiting from such educational relations and partnership.
