President: Migration-related issues in Azerbaijan being solved successfully
Baku, April 13 (AzerTAc). Migration-related issues in Azerbaijan are being solved successfully and migration itself is an indicator of development, President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting of Cabinet`s meeting on the socio-economic development in the first quarter of 2011.
The Head of State noted serious measures were being done in the country to fight illegal migration.
President Ilham Aliyev noted as a part of the world economy, great opportunities exist in Azerbaijan to work. He added the Azerbaijani people`s hospitality, as well as reconstruction works and modern services in the country attract migrants.
According to the Head of State, public order is preserved at a high level in the country, and security measures are strong. The criminogen situation in the country is very well. All these attract migrants. “We open our doors to all guests who come to Azerbaijan with good intention.”
