DEPARTMENT WILL BE IN CHARGE OF LABOR FORCE EXPORT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In accordance with a decision of the cabinet meeting held Wednesday, the Department of Labor and Welfare Service, an implementing agency, will be in charge of the matter on exporting labor force to the Republic of Korea.
This decision has been made in frames of a memorandum of mutual understanding established between Mongolia's Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor and S.Korea's Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor has aims to abolish failings and breaches in the service of exporting labor force to the South Korea, to improve the state service in protecting interests of Mongolians working abroad, and to create a labor system based on the principles of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
The Ministry also aims to create conditions for effectively exploiting professional skills gained by the people abroad.
