Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet meeting on Wednesday approved rules concerning composing, spending, and controlling money of the professional education and training fund.
The cabinet has tasked related Ministers with controlling the rules implementation and presenting results to the government in February every year and has obliged the National council of professional education and training to cooperate according to the law.
The parliament, aimags and the capital city's Citizens representatives Khurals are to approve the state and provinces' investments to the fund. Entities are to centralize the investment voluntarily.
The “Professional education and training development fund" intends to support professional education and training services. It means that secondary schools' graduates and the jobless will be given needed for the market works and get trained at short term courses.
