National security requires mobile, well equipped an trained army -Russian Defense Minister

MINSK , April 21 (Itar-Tass) -- National security requires a mobile,
well equipped and trained army, Russian Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov
said.
"The latest events in the world clearly showed that in order to ensure
its sovereignty the state must have mobile, well equipped and traded Armed
Forces. I think a constructive dialogue will help enhance the defence
capabilities of the Union State," Serdyukov said at a joint meeting of the
Russian and Belarusian defence ministries' boards.
