Military officer assassinated in Baghdad
Baghdad (NINA) – Unknown gunmen assassinated on Saturday, Apr. 23, a military officer working at the Ministry of Defence.
Police source said that unknown gunmen opened fire from guns with silencers near Jadiriya Bridge at a car in which Qais Abdul Lateef, an officer at the Ministry of Defence, killing him instantly.
The source did not specify the officer's rank.
