Wounded Libyans sent back home after hospital treatment

ANKARA (A.A) - Turkey has bid farewell to a group of Libyans after completing their medical treatments for wounds they had sustained in violent clashes in the country between pro-Gaddafi forces and Libyan rebels.
The group of 34 Libyans on Thursday took off back home aboard a Turkish military plane from Izmir to Benghazi, accompanied by two Turkish paramedics.
Turkey extended medical aid to a total of 281 Libyan since clashes erupted in the North African country. Nearly 160 Libyans are still under treatment at several Turkish hospitals.
