Azerbaijani national leader`s memory honored in Pakistan
Baku, May 11 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s embassy in Pakistan has organized an event to mark the 88th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
The event brought together sciences of Pakistan, newly appointed ambassador of the country to Azerbaijan Inayatullah Kakar, ambassadors of foreign countries, members of Azerbaijan-Pakistan Friendship Society and Azerbaijanis living in the country.
Speaking at the event, ambassador Dashgin Shikarov briefed participants on the national leader`s lifetime and activity.
The diplomat said Heydar Aliyev devoted whole his life to development of Azerbaijan.
Then, books and brochures on Heydar Aliyev`s lifetime and activity were distributed to participants of the event.
