Azerbaijan University of Languages to host conference on foreign language teaching

Baku, May 16 (AzerTAc). The 4th Republic Scientific Conference “Actual Problems of Foreign Language Teaching” dedicated to the 88th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev will be organized at Azerbaijan University of Languages.
Participants will lay a wreath and put flowers at the monument to nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev in the park in front of the Heydar Aliyev Palace prior to the conference, public relations and press service department of Azerbaijan University of Languages said.
Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages, MP, Professor Samad Seyidov will open the plenary meeting of the conference.
The conference will bring together Azerbaijan Minister of Education, pr. Misir Mardanov, rector of Baku In-service Teachers Training and Re-training Institute, pr. Asaf Zamanov, head of the Baku City Education Department Naila Rzaguliyeva, vice-rector for scientific issues of Baku Slavic University, pr. Mammad Aliyev and vice –rector for education of Caucasus University, pr. Cihan Bulut.
Vice-rector for scientific issues of Azerbaijan University of Languages, pr. Dunyamin Yunusov will inform participants on event program.
The plenary meeting of the conference will feature reports “Speech behavior in foreign language as adequate component of speech communication” by head of department of Methods of Teaching foreign languages Pr. Gulnar Huseynzade, “Psychological basis of foreign language teaching in higher schools” by head of the Psychology Department Misgar Mammadov and “Innovations and experiments in higher education” by Aytan Kazimova.
The conference will be continued in different sectors.
The 4th Republic Scientific Conference “Actual Problems of Foreign Language Teaching” will be completed by reports of sector chiefs and adoption of final document on Tuesday.
