London, May 16 (AzerTAc). Mayor of Fargo city (North Dakota, USA) has announced 28 May as the National Day of Azerbaijan, and called on the residents to celebrate this important date.
In a decree issued by the Mayor, Nagorno-Karabakh and Nakhchivan are recognized as part of Azerbaijan, whose territory is specified as 33,440 sq. miles (86.609 sq. km.).
