Kim Jong Il Meets with Russian Delegation

Pyongyang (KCNA) - Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, met with the visiting delegation of the External Intelligence Bureau of the Russian Federation led by its Director M. Y. Fradkov on Tuesday.
