Turkish authorities doing good job helping Syrians, UN spokesperson Nesirky says

UNITED NATIONS (A.A) - June 15, 2011 - United Nations spokesperson Martin Nesirky said Tuesday that the Turkish authorities were doing a good job helping Syrians who fled into Turkey due to violence in Syria.
Speaking to reporters in New York on Tuesday, Nesirky said that "in the event a demand came, the UN was ready to assist Turkish authorities".
Nesirky earlier had said that the Turkish officials were reacting quickly in providing assistance to Syrians who were running away from violence in their country.
