Hashimi, US ambassador discuss bilateral relations

Baghdad (NINA) – Tariq Al Hashimi, Iraq’s Vice-President, discussed bilateral relations and political and security situation with the American ambassador to Iraq, James Jeffery.

A statement issued by the presidency office mentioned that “Hashimi received the US ambassador and discussed the political and security situations, in addition to the bilateral relations.”

The statement added “the US ambassador conveyed the American President’s greetings to Hashimi.”
