Baku to host international symposium on establishment of first female school in Azerbaijan
Baku, June 17 (AzerTAc). An international scientific symposium dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the first secular female school of Baku in the Muslim East will be held here on October 6-7.
The scientific symposium will be organized by the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan (NASA) under Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).
The symposium will feature reports on the history of female education in Azerbaijan, history of female education: experience of the East and the West, sponsorship and charity in education, role of women in a social- political and cultural life: history and modern position and others.
