Bayati: political disputes impede taking decision concerning US troops

Baghdad (NINA) – MP from National Alliance Abbas Al Bayati called on political parties to “adopt the positive and constructive dialogue to solve suspending issues.”

His media office quoted him as saying “these political disputes negatively affecting the political process and impede taking a decision regarding the departure of the occupation or to extend its stay.”

He added “the stance towards the departure of the occupation requires knowing the size of the Iraqi armed forces’ readiness through reports that are being prepared by military leaders. Then, the political blocs would discuss to set a stance towards the occupation.” /End/
