Hungary opens photo exhibition “Memory of our ancestors”

Budapest, June 24 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Embassy to Hungary and Hungarian-Turan Foundation co-organized photo exhibition “Memory of our ancestors”.
Photos were taken during the Great Congress held in Bugatsk, Hungary, last year.
The aim of the congress is to bring together representatives of Turkish-Hun world and highlight national cultural examples.
The State Ensemble of Ancient Traditional Music Instruments led by Majnun Karimov represented Azerbaijan in the last year`s event.
Opening the ceremony, Azerbaijani ambassador Vilayat Guliyev said that Azerbaijanis and Hungarians are friendly nations. Guliyev praised president of Hungarian-Turan Foundation Bíró András Zsolt`s contribution to developing the bilateral cultural relations. He also stressed the participation of Azerbaijan in such events.
In his turn, Zsolt thanked the Azerbaijan Embassy for the support.
The opening ceremony brought together Azerbaijani and Hungarian officials, representatives of diplomatic corps and local public.
