OANA`s 33rd Executive Board meeting kicks off in Mongolia
Baku, June 28 (AzerTAc). The 33rd Executive Board meeting and 27th Editorial-Technical Experts Group meeting of the Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA) started Tuesday in Ulan Bator, Mongolia.
The meeting was addressed by Prime Minister of Mongolia Sukhbaataryn Batbold, OANA President Hilmi Bengi and Director General of Mongolian MONTSAME News Agency Tugalkhuu Baasansuren.
During the event, a draft agreement between OANA and Federation of Arab News Agency, FANA was approved and new website of OANA was presented.
The event participants adopted a decision on holding a special meeting devoted to the 50th anniversary of OANA this December in Thailand.
Representatives of Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc) and Trend News Agency attended the event.
