Baku to host 4th international congress of Turkish World Mathematics Society

Baku (AzerTAc) - The 4th Congress of the Turkic World Mathematical Society (TWMS) will be held in Azerbaijan`s capital early July.
The congress will be co-organized by Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Ministry of Education and Institute of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University.
The congress will bring together mathematical scientists from 20 countries, including Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, US, France, Malaysia, Ukraine and Georgia.
Organizational Committee, International Program Committee and Consulate Council were established to deal with the organization of the congress by president of ANAS, academician Mahmud Karimov and Minister of Education Misir Mardanov.
The Turkic World Mathematical Society (TWMS) was founded in 1999 and unites mathematicians from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Iran, China, USA and European countries. It had been held three congresses of this society since 1999. The aim of the Congress is to provide a forum where scientists and mathematicians from academia and industry can meet to share ideas of latest research work in all branches of pure and applied mathematics.
