Azerbaijani representatives scoop 21 medals in 9th International Turkish Language Olympiads
Baku, July 4 (AzerTAC). Azerbaijani students have gained seven gold, ten silver and four bronze medals in the 9th International Turkish Language Olympiads.
The Olympiads brought together students from 130 countries.
Representative of “Çağ Öğretim İşletmeleri” Company spoke of the importance of the event at a press conference, noting Azerbaijani President`s special attention to youth.
Azerbaijani students were especially active in the competitions held in Ankara Golden Park. The stand dedicated to Azerbaijan aroused great interest during the competitions.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Turkey Faig Bagirov met with the students as part of the event.
In total, Azerbaijani representatives have gained 78 medals (22 gold, 39 silver and 17 bronze) so far at all Turkish Language Olympiads.
