President Ilham Aliyev orders construction of sport and concert complex
Baku, July 7 (AzerTAc). President Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order on construction of a modern sport and concert complex here.
Under the order, the State Committee for Property Affairs will perform duties of a contract giver with respect to designing and building of the complex, organizing and coordinating the construction work.
The State Committee and Baku Mayor`s Office were tasked with allotting an area of land for construction of the complex, signing a contract with an experienced contractor and carrying out project management involving a professional international consultant.
The Cabinet of Ministers will be responsible for taking actions to finance the construction and solve other issues resulting from the order.
