Explosion of toy dropped to river by Armenia kills 13-years old Azerbaijani girl

The explosion of an explosive device in the Alibayli village of Azerbaijan's Tovuz district bordering with Armenia has killed Shahmalyeva Elnara, born in 1998, and her mother was seriously wounded.
A toy with explosive device was dropped into the Tovuz River by Armenia. Elnara Shahmalyeva took the toy in the river and brought it home, where the device exploded.
The same incident took place in this territory in 1994. Two young children were killed and one was wounded when the toy sailed from Armenia exploded.
