Azerbaijanian, Ukrainian MPs discuss cooperation within EURONEST

Baku, July 14 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani MP, head of the country`s parliamentary group in Euronest PA Elkhan Suleymanov visited Kyiv to discuss cooperation prospects with Ukrainian parliamentarians.
As part of his visit, Suleymanov met with the chairman of Ukrainian Parliament`s European Integration Committee and co-chairman of the EURONEST Boris Tarasyuk. The sides discussed cooperation prospects between two countries` parliaments within EURONEST.
The importance of the development of inter-parliamentary ties was stressed during the meeting with the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin.
Azerbaijani ambassador to Ukraine Eynulla Madatli was also present in the meeting.
Suleymanov visited the Azerbaijan embassy in Ukraine as part of his visit. He handed out new publications on Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Khojaly genocide, and Azerbaijan`s participation in the European organizations to the representatives of the embassy.
