PM, Sonia review security in Mumbai after blasts

Mumbai, Jul 14 (PTI) Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, who arrived here in the
western Indian city Thursday evening, reviewed security in the
metropolis at a meeting convened at the city airport in the
wake of Wednesday's serial blasts.

Sankaranarayanan, Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, his deputy
Ajit Pawar and Home Minister R R Patil were among those
present in the meeting.
Eighteen persons were killed and 131 injured in the
simultaneous blasts at Opera House and Zaveri Bazaar in South
Mumbai and Dadar in Central Mumbai Wednesday evening.
