Information on killing of 13-year-old girl by Armenians spread in Tajikistan

Dushanbe, July 18 (AzerTAc). The Azerbaijan Embassy in Tajikistan has spread an informative material over the death of a 13-year-old girl by Armenians in Alibayli village of Tovuz region in Azerbaijan.
The information says that a blast of an explosive device in the Alibayli village of Tovuz region of Azerbaijan bordering Armenia killed 13-year-old girl Shahmaliyeva Aygun and severely wounded her mother Shahmaliyeva Elnare.
The informative materials were distributed among Tajikistan`s state bodies, embassies and international organizations.
The material says that Armenians have chosen Azerbaijani children as a target. The 9-year-old Azerbaijani child Fariz Badalov was killed by Armenian sniper on March 8 in Orta Garvand village of Agdam region. 13-year-old Aygun Shahmaliyeva died a tragic death and her mother 32-year-old Elnara Shahmaliyeva sustained a severe injury after a toy dog with explosive device installed inside and dropped into the Tovuz River that flows through Alibayli village, exploded on 14 July. The Shahmaliyevs live in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The family came here to visit their relatives.
“Unfortunately, international organizations do not respond to Armenians` acts of vandalism and they continue committing further atrocities against humanity. We are witness of Khojaly tragedy by Armenians. They have included the bloody event into their history with the killing of innocent and helpless children, women, old men in one night. The history is never forgotten,” material says.
