International conference on photosynthesis research wraps up in Baku

Baku, July 30 (AzerTAc). A seven-day international conference on “Photosynthesis Research for Sustainability” has wrapped up in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The event has brought together scientists and experts from 40 countries, as well as, from Azerbaijan, France, Great Britain, India, Japan, US, Russia, Finland, Germany.
The scientists made reports and debated on main areas of photosynthesis.
Speaking in the event, President of the International Society of Photosynthesis Research James Barber noted a great deal of attention has been paid to the relevant sphere in modern science. He also spoke of the importance of photosynthesis researches.
