UAE Embassy in London calls for caution

London - Aug 14, 2011 (WAM) - The UAE Embassy in London on Thursday has called on Emiratis in the United Kingdom to be more cautious and avoid areas witnessing riots and demonstrations there. The Charge d' Affaires of the UAE Embassy in London said that the UAE citizens in the U.K. were safe, indicating that the Embassy would be in contact with them to provide advice to ensure their safety.
The official called on the visiting Emiratis to the U.K. to register in the 'Twajedi Service' at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website to enable the Embassy provide required safety measures.
