Iran's Resistance Front bound to principlists’ mechanism for unity

TEHRAN, Aug. 14 (MNA) – Gholam Ali Haddad-Adel, a member of the principlists’ unity committee, has said that the recently established Islamic Revolution Resistance Front is bound to the mechanism worked out by the Combatant Clergy Association and the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom to achieve unity among principlists for the March parliamentary election.

Previously, analysts had said that the establishment of the Resistance Front by former allies of President Ahmadinejad signified a breakaway from mainstream principlists.
