S. Korean Authorities' Anti-DPRK Racket Slammed

Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- The south Korean police authorities recently made public the "results of joint investigation" which said that the "hackers of the north illegally attacked the on-line game program of the south". They spread the conspiratorial story of the "north's cyber terrorism", saying that "a lot of north hackers are active in a third country, using IP."
Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a bylined commentary in this regard:
The story of the "north's cyber terrorism" floated by the south Korean police is a sheer fabrication and no more than a plot hatched to slander the DPRK and justify anti-DPRK confrontation racket..
Cyber terrorism has nothing to do with the DPRK.
The Ministry of Defense is stepping up in real earnest the preparations for cyber warfare while setting up cyber command and training many experts to attack the DPRK with cutting-edge technological means in case of "contingency" under the pretext of coping with someone's "cyber terrorism."
