NEW STATE SECRETARY OF MINISTRY APPOINTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Pursuant to a cabinet decision made on Wednesday 17th of August, D.Dalaijargal was appointed as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science.
D.Dalaijargal was born in 1976 in Uliastai, Zavkhan province. He has graduated the 23 secondary school of UB city, and the International Relations School at the Mongolian State University (MSU). After finishing the schools, D.Dalaijargal has worked in the Public Administration and Management Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an attaché and as the secretary for the Ministerial Council. He also has worked in the Embassy of Mongolia in France as the second secretary; as an advisor to the Minister of Education, Culture and Science; as a project manager at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation; and as the general secretary for the Mongolian National Commission of UNESCO.
