Belgian ambassador visits Azerbaijan University of Languages
Baku, August 23 (AzerTAc). Ambassador of the Belgium Luc Trojen has visited today the Azerbaijan University of Languages.
Rector of the University, chairman of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) committee for international relations and interparliamentary ties, professor Samad Seyidov provided information about the cultural and international relations of the University.
He noted 5000 students are studying at the university to learn English, French, German Korea, Japanese, Indian, Malaysian, Norwegian, Arabian, Persian, Italian and Spanish languages.
The ambassador expressed wish for future cooperation between the Azerbaijan University of Languages and Belgian universities.
Pro-rector of the University Jala Garibova spoke of the University`s relations with Hacettepe University, Strasburg universities, as well as existing relations with Belgian University of Antwerp.
