HCM City , Sept. 13 (VNA) - The Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) Disaster Management Workshop opened in Ho Chi Minh City on Sept. 12 with the aim to develop the capabilities in disaster management for Cambodia , Laos , Thailand and Vietnam .
