IIP condemns Nukheb incident, calls on Iraqis for more cohesion
Baghdad (NINA) – The Iraqi Islamic Party denounced the death of 21 Iraqis from Karbala after kidnapping their bus by gunmen in Nukheb, confirming that “this criminal operation was conducted according to external agendas that want to harm Iraq’s unity.”
IIP said on its website today “at the time the IIP condemns this crime; we call on Iraqis for more cohesion to miss the opportunity for those who intend to harm Iraq and Iraqis,” demanding the Iraqi government to open immediate investigation to expose details of the crime.”
The Party added “this attempt will not succeed, as the other attempts, because the Iraqi people are on a high level of awareness and patriotism.”
