District-(JI protest demo against govt’s failure to get release Dr. Afia)

SIALKOT, September 16, 2011 (PPI): The hundreds of the Jamaat-e-Islami and Shabab-e-Milli activists Friday staged a strong agitational demonstration at Allama Iqbal Chowk during the light rainy weather as a protest against government’s failure to get released Dr. Aafia Siddiqui (the daughter of Islam) from American yoke. They also marched the city roads led by former MPA Arshad Mehmood Baggu Advocate and Hafiz Muhammad Aslam Tahir, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Sialkot District.

They were carrying banners and placards and they chanted anti-government slogans. They marked the importance of the Dr. Aafia Siddiqui Day while addressing the participants at Allama Iqbal Chowk Sialkot. The JI Sialkot leaders Arshad Mehmood Baggu and Hafiz Muhammad Aslam Tahir strongly criticized the government and said that both President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani have allegedly forgotten the pain of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui.

They said that the Daughter of Islam was dying there at every moment in American yoke. They said that USA got freed Raymond Davis from Pakistan and slapped on the face o incumbent rulers, who do not have the capability to get her freed from USA. They alleged that the rulers of Pakistan were the agents of the American and they were acting and dancing to the tunes of the America.
