Doha, September 26 (QNA) - Speaker of the Advisory Council HE Mohamed Bin Mubarak Al Kholaifi who is also speaker of the Arab parliamentary union (APU) is to open tomorrow, Tuesday, activities of the 9th APU executive committee.
