Iranian commander predicts popular uprising in U.S.
TEHRAN, Oct.3 (MNA) – Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri predicted that the American people will rise up against the U.S. government in the near future.
Commenting on the cause of street protests in several cities in the United States, Jazayeri said that U.S. citizens are discontent with the government’s inefficiency, electoral fraud, official corruption, and U.S. hegemonistic and militaristic policies.
He also rejected reports by Western media outlets that U.S. citizens are protesting against the government’s economic policies, saying the American people’s main demand is an end to the era of arrogant hegemons.
