FIRST FIVE MINISTRIES MARK THEIR BIRTHDAY

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolia is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the very first five Ministries.
Dedicated to it, an open day ran October 10 on the Sukhbaatar square. These five institutions are the Cabinet secretariat of government and the Ministries of Finance, of Justice and home affairs, of Defence, of Foreign affairs.
On th square, the Cabinet secretariat freely gives information to anyone about the government's policies and decisions, for example, how to get from the Human development fund students tuition fees, payment for apartments and health services.
The Defence Ministry has been presenting a photo album, documentary about a black banner and medals' exhibition, it says that gave apartments to oldest five generals and land and houses to another five generals. "Next week, 50 officials will receive keys to apartments, we have started a construction of 300 apartments," the Ministry people say.
The Foreign affairs Ministry is running a “One point" service, and are showing specific features of the diplomatic service.
The Justice and home affairs Ministry is receiving visitors' applications and complaints, notaries are giving advice.
