Condolences of President of RK to Prime Minister of India
Astana, 28 November 2008 (Khabar) - Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent his condolences to the prime minister of India Manmohan Singh in connection with the terrorist attacks in the city of Mumbai.
In his telegram, the president denounced the actions of terrorists and, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan, offered his sympathy to the Indian Prime Minister, the victim’s families and the people of India. He also noted that in connection with this tragic event, the necessity to strengthen international cooperation in the fight against terrorism continues to be important. The President expressed his confidence that only by maintaining such co-operation will the fight against all types of terrorism be successful.
