Human rights: new viewing of problem

Astana, 4 December 2008, (Khabar) - Scientific conference in Eurasian University continued forums dedicated to celebration of 60th anniversary of Universal declaration of human rights. Experts from Kazakhstan and Russia tried to view in a new way modern situation in right protecting activity. After Kazakhstan gained independence it joined Universal declaration of human rights first of all. The participants of the meeting said this shows state’s adherence to observing of world standards in sphere of protection of human rights and freedoms. Also the country adopted conceptual progarmmes of strategic development of Kazakhstan and they show Kazakhstan’s wish to build lawful society oriented for the development of human resources and protection of civil rights.

- Having supported the Strategy of development of Kazakhstan till 2030 initiated by the head of the state, we had chosen way of building democratic lawful state with effective system of managing of society and state. At the same time we preserved political stability in the country and supplied our citizens with Constitutional rights and freedoms.
